Independent Final Testing
We provide unbiased, third-party testing after remediation is complete. Our goal is to verify that mold levels are within safe, acceptable limits and that no hidden contamination remains. This step is crucial for ensuring the remediation was effective — especially when working with separate cleanup contractors.
What We Check
Understanding the Remediation Process
Mold remediation typically involves removing contaminated materials, treating affected areas, and addressing the moisture source. Once this process is complete, a PRV inspection ensures that mold was fully removed and conditions no longer support its growth. We do not perform remediation ourselves, but our inspections help close the loop on the process.
During a PRV inspection, we:
-
Visually inspect the treated areas
-
Conduct moisture and humidity checks
-
Collect air and/or surface samples for lab analysis
-
Compare pre- and post-remediation conditions (when applicable)
This comprehensive approach gives homeowners, contractors, and property managers confidence that the job was done right.
Documentation & Reporting
You’ll receive a detailed report with lab results, inspection findings, and a professional assessment. This documentation is often required for real estate transactions, insurance claims, or warranty work. Our reports offer peace of mind that your property is safe and compliant.
